About Me

I am a Senior Art Director and Graphic Designer living and working in Chicago. After getting my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2009, I decided to hold off on grad school to try out the publishing world, fell into a job in social media, and found my one true love: graphic design. I decided to go back to school for my Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, and graduated from Columbia College in 2015.

I’ve worked as an in-house designer for a local men’s store and a car dealership group, as well as several formative years in an agency setting at Plan B Advertising. I pride myself on over-delivering and I love a good design challenge. Agency life has shown me how well I thrive under pressure and how important it is to collaborate and learn from other talented creatives.

In my spare time, I love finding new creative outlets (screen printing is a recent favorite!), hanging out with my ragtag group of rescues, and tending to my little flock of backyard chickens, who lay the most delicious eggs.

My 500xpedition travelogue is another project I’m very proud of, detailing a road trip from Chicago to Alaska and back again in a Fiat 500X.
